Step Inside My Closet - Lucky Spring Statements Featuring The Shopping Bag and Nine West - statement necklace, spring dresses, statement jewelry, st. patrick's day, lucky, green

It's the month of luck with St. Patrick's Day coming soon, so to help you get prepared I'm showing you how to style up a spring themed St. Patty's outfit to remember. Like I always say though, the accessories can make or break and outfit - so of course I'm turning to The Shopping Bag to help me out in giving a basic outfit a little Irish kick! Don't worry, you can get festive with The Shopping Bag's new March accessories by using the code LUCKY at checkout for 17% off all items now until midnight on St. Patrick's Day. Now that is what I call a lucky deal.

Not only did I decided to wear this super cute and dainty gold Heidi Bib Necklace, but I decided to pair it with The Shopping Bag's white Crochet Lace A-Line Dress. The dress is so spring and summer time friendly because it has a cut out in the back which I've been seeing pretty much everywhere lately! This pairing was the ultimate spring and feminine type of outfit, which went perfectly with the lovely flowers that I received!

For shoes I decided to keep it simple, but wanted to make the outfit look a little bit more mature with these nude and black Nine West heels. These are super comfortable and super chic - and are a go-to minimalist pair of pumps!

To get you more inspired for St. Patrick's Day, The Shopping Bag just posted an incredibly cute and easy St. Patrick's Day themed recipe on their blog that incorporates the Faux Bois Porcelain Tray that I even used in my Drape Me In Sparkles post!

I hope that the luck of the Irish is with you this upcoming St. Patty's Day!

Driver, Take Me Somewhere Sunny

Step Inside My Closet - Driver Take Me Somewhere Sunny Featuring Abercrombie & Fitch, Bella Pierre, Isaac Mizrahi, Loeffler Randall, Wildfox Couture

If you're like me, then you practically feel allergic to the cold you detest it so much. Fortunately, cute and cozy sweaters help me get through this chilly period! Reminding me of spring with its vibrant yellow color, this witty Wildfox Couture sweater reflects my current winter time thoughts. This sweater is incredibly comfortable, just like my Abercrombie & Fitch dark wash jeans. Comfy is key, and it doesn't have to look like you're wearing your pajamas if you want to be comfortable.

My favorite winter boots are these Isaac Mizrahi quilted boots that still look flawless after a walk through the dense snow. To match my boots I added this Loeffler Randall bag that screams minimalism chic. I love minimalist types of accessories and clothing because it's so easy to keep the item casual, or easy to dress it up depending on the occasion.

I wanted to keep the vibrancy throughout my makeup as well, so of course I went with a bright lip! Lipstick is the best way of adding color to your face, and my favorite lipstick shade is this Bella Pierre pink that I featured in my Drape Me In Sparkles post which features the rest of my favorite lipsticks as well!

Hopefully the chilly weather lets up soon and you end up somewhere sunny!

Friyay

Happy, Friday! Although spring is set to arrive soon, snow is still on the ground and a chill is in the air, but I'm bracing the frigid temperatures with all things warm and cozy! Specializing in all things crochet, Magic Crochet by Helena on Etsy makes crocheted items ranging all the way from home accessories, babies, mugs and more, which have added a little something special to what once was an ordinary cup of hot chocolate.

If you follow me on Instagram (@StepInsideMyCloset) then you might already know that I'm a little bit (okay, a lot...) obsessed with cute and quirky mugs. I was incredibly pleased when I found these colorful knitted mug cozys that keeps your warm drink even warmer and your mug looking extraordinarily cute! My drink of choice for winter? Hot chocolate...on a stick. Just give me the almond milk and these delectably cute hot chocolate bars from Popbar and you have one happy...and cold...blogger!

While my mug cozys and hot chocolate made me feel cozy, I was embracing the chill of the snow and the happiness that comes along with Friday in my Project Social T Friyay short sleeve top. Funny tops like this give a carefree vibe that I am absolutely crazy about. I love humor and am the type of person that laughs at everything, so when I have a chance to make someone or myself smile with just the clothes I'm wearing - then I take the opportunity.

I paired this cozy look with basic Abercrombie & Fitch jeans and these cute and functional black quilted Isaac Mizrahi boots that are a winter weather must have! They have the look of Hunter Boots, but with a little added touch of style.

For jewelry and accessories I kept it simple but with a carefree bohemian vibe. For most of my jewelry I turn to The Shopping Bag. They had the perfect gold and white necklace that holds delicacy and style. The last accessory that I added to this ensemble is this cozy and cute Express white beanie. This beanie goes perfectly with the mug cozys - and the endless snow!

Pacifica Beauty Review

Step Inside My Closet - Fashion and Beauty Blogger- Pacifica Beauty, Lip Gloss, Mascara, Makeup Tutorial, Perfume, Fruity Perfume

Amidst the flurry of snowflakes and extremely cold arctic air that came my way came a warm and inviting package in my mail from Pacifica Beauty. It was a definitely much needed happy surprise to start off the week, and I was immensely tickled to have been sent some of their all natural (vegan and gluten free too!) products to share with all of you!

Priding themselves on creating 100% natural products that give great results, Pacifica definitely offers a wide range of incredible products ranging from make-up, perfume, skincare, and more! All of their products are put in recyclable packaging to give you yet another reason to feel absolute pride and confidence that you beauty products are not only safe for you, but for the environment as well.

If you follow me on Instagram (@StepInsideMyCloset) then you would have definitely seen me gushing over Pacifica's Vanilla perfume that has become my new signature scent. Lucky for me, Pacifica graciously sent me over a few new perfumes for me to try! Pacifica's perfumes pack a strong and admirable scent. First up is the Tuscan Blood Orange fragrance that literally smells like an abundance of oranges packed into the perfectly sized roller ball. It's so light and fresh and is perfect for a morning out!

Getting a little bit more tropical is the Hawaiian Ruby Guava fragrance makes you feel like you're on the sandy and sunny beaches of Hawaii. Sweet and still fresh, this fragrance definitely impressed me. It will obviously be stashed in my purse for the summer!

Last for fragrances is the Tahitian Gardenia fragrance. I've always loved gardenias and this made me love the scent even more. This scent is very sweet and pure. It smells like it would just go with an all natural casual look, again hitting high marks on smelling fresh.

Pacifica also sent me some love for my lashes with their Stellar Gaze Length & Strength Mineral Mascara that creates the utmost dramatic look and length to your eyelashes. For the mascara being 100% natural (and with coconut oil added to hydrate your lashes!) anyones first impression would be that it wouldn't really work...but you'd be quickly proved wrong. I have no bad things to say about this mascara, except that I wish I had more!

Another that I've tried out is their lip products! Their palates are absolutely gorgeous and bring out the natural color of your lips while giving that hint of shimmer as well. Love!

From my experience with Pacifica, I urge you to give their products a try, because I assure you that everything is completely natural and completely effective as well.
