If I haven't given it away yet, I am a total health nut with a crazy obsession for working out. From pilates, yoga, strength training, running, cycling, to kickboxing, I love it all. The accomplishment, the sweat, the energy it gives you, the health benefits - I mean the list goes on and on! ...Which is why now is a good time to workout. With my workout outfit I am wearing the Now Is A Good Time watch in white. You know what else it's a good time for? Diving into the details of my new favorite workout outfit. This black and white sweat combo hails from Victoria's Secret new athletic line. I love that they started diving into making athletic wear - as this girl can never own enough (shoutout to Nike spandex shorts / capris!). This combo is so comfortable and I love that the top has so many elements to it. From the cut out to the back to the thumb holes in the sleeves, it's super breathable and super comfy!

For my shoes I'm sporting these pink Nike tennis shoes. As much as I love a head to toe black and white outfit, when working out I think it's important to have a pop of color. Bright colors bring a sense of happiness and motivation to your atmosphere - and for those who dislike working out, you might need a lot of it!
