I know I've mentioned it before in a few of my older posts, but accessories are what can make or break a simple outfit. Whether it's earrings, a necklace, or bracelets, they're the extra
oomph or the
pop that your outfit needs. I don't want to

I started my simple outfit with my new
Ann Taylor Loft emerald-y green top. This top is fabulous because although it doesn't have a true peplum style bottom, it gives the appearance of one, which I adore. It was very comfortable too, but I loved how it went with my
Chloe + Isabel Multi-Strand Signature Torsade Necklace.
From pearls to chains to rhinestones - this necklace literally holds everything and brings it all together beautifully. It's the perfect statement piece for any simple top like the one I have on. To keep up with my admiration for Chloe + Isabel jewelry I put on my
Bead + Chain Multi Wrap bracelet.
The colors on this bracelet get along great with my top, and even have the layered affect that the necklace gives off as well. But as much as I love the colorful beads, a girl can't do without some sparkle. Although they're studs, these
Chloe + Isabel Crystal Square Stud Earrings are great to wear with any outfit, really. I love studs like this, they're easy to go with simple outfits to the escalated.
I decided to stray away from the girliness a tad for my shoes, so I laced up my brown
Timberland Mid Boots. I like the type of boots that have the laces in the front, but have that sneaky easy zipper on the side inside of the hassle of lacing and re-lacing every time you want to wear them. These boots are extremely comfortable, and are tight enough that you can wear them with leggings, skirts, or even jeans - like the comfy go-to pair of
Abercrombie & Fitch skinny jeans that I wore with this outfit. Everyone's got their go-to jeans and I say that you can't go wrong with Abercrombie, or even Gilly Hicks. Both are comfortable and last you forever.
